It is for kids who might not otherwise get the opportunity to compete. Those not eligible are the top 5 in PeeWee rodeo and Junior Rodeo Assciation. COWDEO MISSION STATEMENT Providing an oppotunity for kids age 5 - 14 to experience friendly rodeo competition in a family atmosphere, while contributing to community non-profit organizations. |
